White Belt
*White Belts need to pass 5 skill assessments (stripes) to be eligible to test for Yellow Belt.
Yellow Stripe: Answer the 3 Self-Defense Questions:

Do you want to fight? "No, sir!"

Will you fight if necessary? "Yes, sir!"

Are you afraid to fight? "Fear does not control my actions!"
Green Stripe: Demonstrate Basic Stances

Attention, Ready, Front, Back, Sitting, Fighting, and Open Guard
Blue Stripe: Demonstrate Combinations (see video)

Jab/punch/back leg front kick

Back leg front kick/jab/hook punch

Side kick/knifehand/punch
Red Stripe: Demonstrate Blocking Drills (see video)
